Traveling from the Jacksonville Beaches
Take the most convenient east-west thoroughfare (JTB Blvd, Beach Blvd, Atlantic Blvd) to 9A North. Travel north on 9A to the Merrill Road exit. Turn right (heading west) onto Merrill Road. At the end of Merrill Road, cross University Blvd. into the main JU campus entrance. Follow “Finding us on Campus” directions below.
Traveling South on I-95
Take 9A South toward Jacksonville Beaches. After crossing the St. Johns River, take the Merrill Road exit. Turn right (heading west) onto Merrill Road. At the end of Merrill Road, cross University Blvd. into the main JU campus entrance. Follow “Finding us on Campus” directions on the reverse side.
Traveling North on I-95 from St. Augustine
Take Exit 337 to 9A east. 9A East will become 9A North. Travel north on 9A to the Merrill Road exit. Turn right (heading west) onto Merrill Road. At the end of Merrill Road, cross University Blvd. into the main JU campus entrance. Follow “Finding us on Campus” directions on the reverse side.
Traveling East on I-10
At the end of I-10 merge with I-95 North. Exit onto Union Street heading east. Cross the St. Johns River on the Matthews Bridge. The road will become Arlington Expressway. Exit onto University Blvd. North. Proceed north on University Blvd. North to the main JU campus entrance at the intersection of University Blvd. North and Merrill Road. Follow “Finding us on Campus” directions on the reverse side.
Traveling East from I-295 and the Buckman Bridge
After crossing the St. Johns River, stay in the left lane. Follow signs for the 9A East, then road becomes 9A North. Travel north on 9A to the Merrill Road exit. Turn right (heading west) onto Merrill Road. At the end of Merrill Road, cross University Blvd. into the main JU campus entrance. Follow “Finding us on Campus” directions on the reverse side.
Finding Us On Campus – Lazzara Health Sciences Building
Enter JU’s campus at the main entrance at the intersection of Merrill Road and University Blvd. North. Take your first right turn onto University Oaks Blvd. The Lazzara Health Sciences Building will be the third building on the left. Park in the Visitors Parking Lot.
